Experienced phlebotomist needed for upcoming project at a growing Lexington facility. Wonderful temp-to-hire and floater pool opportunities available. Excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-paced medical environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Perform phlebotomy, in a quality manner while making patients feel comfortable
Assists lab supervisor by performing lab testing – to include quality control and machine maintenance.
Demonstrate professionalism in patient contact, responding quickly and in a friendly manner.
Maintain HIPAA/OSHA compliance & a high level of professional integrity
When necessary, may be called upon to cover other lab duties
Requirements include:
1-year recent work experience in phlebotomy
Strong work ethic
Clean, recent background check
Ability to pass drug screen
