| Position Description | |
| Protege is a year-long immersive leadership experience geared for post college adults (21-29 year old) considering vocational ministry or want to explore what ministry in a local church looks like. Our goal is to help college graduates explore ministry in a local church context while learning and developing practical skills to take on to their next step in ministry. Some of our past protege have continued to serve on our staff, while many others have gone on to pursue ministry and vocation in other local church communities.
Protege interns serve as part of the Vintage Faith staff for 25 hours a week. While the internship is unpaid, all interns are provided free housing in our 5br Protege house in downtown Santa Cruz. We have opportunities to serve on staff in various areas of ministry including musical worship, creative arts, youth, young adults, children and families, community groups and connection ministries! |
