Position Description: Counselors are responsible for 8-10 campers a week. As a counselor you will participate in all of our camp activities including swimming in the lake, large group games, chapel times, and much more. Along with those activities’ counselors are responsible for leading electives, and teaching Bible class each morning for their cabin. We are seeking college age students who love the Lord and desire to serve Him, and also love kids and desire to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with them. At Big Sky we have a desire to serve our counselors while they serve the campers. Each staff member is paired up with one of our full-time staff members in a discipleship relationship for the summer.
