Intermediate Applications Developer
*The Intermediate Applications Developer provides input and support for full systems life cycle management activities (e.g., analyses, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation of systems and applications software, etc.). He/She performs tasks within planned durations and established deadlines. This position collaborates with teams to ensure effective communication in supporting the achievement of objectives. He/She provides knowledge, development, maintenance, and support for applications. *Qualifications: Experience with .NET, C# .NET, OO Analysis & Design, Java Programming and/or C++, Linux
*Minimum of 2-5 years of programming experience

*Advanced experience with Agile Development, Java Programming, Oracle and SQL & PL/SQL.
*Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

*The Lead Applications Developer will provide technical leadership for .NET and/or JAVA applications in the Ground Transportation division. The Lead Applications Developer will need the leadership and communication capabilities to mentor junior staff.

*This Sr. Applications Developer will be working on the Crew Management Replacement program with a focus on the integration layer working with the Crew Scheduling System (CSS) Product Integration team. The selected candidate requires the technical and soft skills for meeting responsibility for integrating vendor(s) and UPS built products with Crew legacy applications. He/She will have the ability to work in a team environment and use their software development experience for guidance and input in the teams day-to-day, peer reviews and code perspective.
