Campbellsville University Schedules Auditions for Fall Play

Campbellsville University Auditions Planned for ‘Mr. A’s Amazing Maze Plays’ Aug. 26-27

CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – Auditions for Campbellsville University Theater’s fall production of “Mr. A’s Amazing Maze Plays” by Alan Ayckbourn will be Wednesday, Aug. 26 from 4 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. and Thursday, Aug. 27 from 4 p.m. until 5 p.m.

Auditions are closed and are set up in 15-minute windows, according to Starr Garrett, assistant professor of theater and director of theater at CU. Auditions will be in the University Theater.

Garrett said anyone wanting to audition can call or e-mail and set up a time to audition.

Callbacks will be Friday, Aug. 28 starting at 4 p.m. There are eight roles available for anyone ages 16 and over.

Those wanting to audition should come with a one-minute monologue prepared. You should also come dressed in appropriate clothing that will allow you to move freely, Garrett said.

The play will be performed Oct. 8-11.
