Campbellsville University’s WLCU TV-4 will air a “Dialogue on Public Issues” show with Cliff Feltham, statewide media relations manager at Kentucky Utilities Company/E.ON U.S., and John Chowning, vice president for church and external relations and executive assistant to the president.
