CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – New Doxology, a Campbellsville University music group, will perform during the 11th annual arts and crafts festival at the Giles House on Spout Springs Road in Knifley, Ky., Saturday, Oct. 2.
New Doxology of Campbellsville University will be performing during the festival along with two other musical groups. Vendors include potters, basket makers, booksellers, jewelers and wood crafters. Also, breakfast and lunch will be sold by The Giles Society.
The festival begins at 9 a.m. CDT (10 a.m. EDT) and ends around 4 p.m. CDT (5 EDT).
Music will begin around 10 a.m. CDT (11 a.m. EDT) with Living Waters. The groups to follow include Royal Heirs and the New Doxology.
The Giles Society, founded in 1996 and placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation of the log home of Kentucky author Janice Holt Giles and Henry Giles. The Society also strives to promote Giles literature and offer enrichment and educational opportunities for the public. The arts and crafts festival focuses on the work of artisans from South Central Kentucky.
