About the Master in Management in Leadership (MML) Program
The MML teaches students key organizational leadership fundamentals such as ethics, motivation, creativity, vision, strategic planning, teamwork, group development, technology, customer service, and organizational development.
The primary target group of students for the MML is individuals with a bachelor's degree who are interested in pursuing graduate study in order to become better leaders within businesses or organizations.
Our program is unique. It utilizes faculty from other disciplines such as Christian studies and communication.
The MML is a 30 semester hour program. The online program will be offered in five eight-week sessions. If students want to complete the program in less than one year, they can take up to two classes per session. Otherwise, they can take longer by completing three hours per session.
Dr. Bill Adams serves as the adviser for the MML students. If you are ready to improve your leadership skills and prepare for today's challenges in the workforce, please contact our Enrollment Counselor at 1-888-244-0609.
