Report a Title IX Concern
As a reminder, all Title IX concerns must be reported through our designated process or to the Title IX Coordinator to ensure compliance with federal regulations and to allow us to best support those involved. Thank you for your commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful campus. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
To report a Title IX concern, please follow these steps:
- Visit our CU home page.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Reporting Forms.
- Select the drop-down menu and choose Title IX Reporting Form.
- Once your report is submitted, the assigned coordinator will follow up with the next steps.
