  • A WES (World Education Services) Transcript Evaluation
  • A Statement of Your Academic Goals
  • A Writing Sample
  • Letters of Recommendation (from professors and/or employers)
  • Official GRE or GMAT Test Score Report

For Masters of Music:

Graduate Students receiving a Masters of Music degree must send the following in addition to the Graduate forms listed above:

  • An Audition DVD of a Recent Live Performance
  • An Essay on the Philosophy of Music

For Masters of Business:
