CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – Campbellsville University will host four commencement ceremonies on Friday, May 8 and Saturday, May 9.
All ceremonies are in the Powell Athletic Center, 203 University Drive, Campbellsville.
There are two ceremonies on Friday and two ceremonies on Saturday.
The first ceremony on Friday, which will begin at 1 p.m., will be for master’s and doctoral degrees for non-Louisville Graduate Business Programs. The second ceremony, which will begin at 3 p.m., will be for Louisville Graduate Business Program degrees.
The first ceremony on Saturday, which will begin at 9 a.m., will be for all Bachelor of Science degrees, with the second ceremony at 12 p.m. for Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Fine Arts, Bachelor of Music, Bachelor of Social Work, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Nursing and all associate degrees.
In total, 832 graduates have applied to graduate at the May ceremonies. Of that, 16 are for doctorate degrees, 512 are for master’s degrees, 288 are for bachelor’s degrees and 16 are for associate’s degrees.
The doors will open for public seating one hour prior to each ceremony’s start time. Tickets are not required to attend the graduation ceremonies. All seating for family and friends is on a first-come, first-serve basis. There will only be reserved seating for the graduating students.
Ms. Jane Wheatly will deliver the commencement address at both ceremonies on Saturday, May 9. Wheatly serves as a member of the Campbellsville University Board of Trustees and retired CEO of Taylor Regional Hospital. She graduated from Campbellsville University with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Administration in 1995.
