This guide will demonstrate how to add, remove, or change a program of study. Students
should only make changes to a
program of study once they have consulted with their advisor. Further, making changes
to the program of study may
require approvals from the student’s Academic Unit and/or the University Registrar.
These approvals are processed in
Workday once you submit a request to add, remove, or change a program of study.
Making Changes to Program of Study

Students who plan to take courses at other schools (typically during the summer) and transfer them back to Campbellsville University should complete the Visiting Student Form at least one month before the start of the course. This process ensures that the course will be accepted by Campbellsville and will meet the specified need for the student. Additionally, it typically simplifies the enrollment process at the visiting school.
Upon successful completion of the Visiting Student Form, a Visiting Student Letter is sent to the visiting school informing them of the student's good standing.
Individuals serving in the U.S. Armed Forces and those who have completed such service are welcome as Campbellsville University students.
