Military Veteran Admissions

Campbellsville University is proud to serve those who serve our country.   CU is increasing resources for military, veterans, and family members pursuing higher education.  CU’s goal is to provide an expanded reach, better resources,  and a supportive community.

CU’s approach is to better serve those who serve — “Higher Education, Higher Purpose.”  CU is honored to serve in a unique way by preparing Christian servant leaders.

CU is currently home to many military, veterans, and family members attending classes on campus and online.  CU is well regarded for its supportive environment to build lasting faith and servant leaders.

Campbellsville University is rated as a Military Friendly School (2016 is CU’s 7th consecutive year). As a Military Friendly School, CU is proven to offer relevant services for Military/Veterans, academic credit for your service, and successful graduation rates.

CU offers certified veteran programs — The Kentucky Approving Agency for Veterans Education (SAA) has approved some programs offered by Campbellsville University for G.I. Bill benefits for veterans and other eligible persons.

The Yellow Ribbon Program is a provision of the law that created the Post-9/11 GI Bill. The Yellow Ribbon Program is available for Institutions of Higher Learning (degree granting institutions) in the U.S. or at a branch of such institution located outside the U.S. The program allows approved institutions of higher learning and the VA to partially or fully fund tuition and fee expenses that exceed the established thresholds under the Post-9/11 GI Bill.
