  • Copies of Your English Proficiency Exam Scores OR Your SAT Scores if you are an English Speaker
  • A WES (World Education Services) Transcript Evaluation
  • A Statement of Your Academic Goals
  • A Writing Sample
  • Letters of Recommendation (from professors and/or employers)
  • Official GRE or GMAT Test Score Report

For Master of Music:

Graduate Students receiving a Master's of Music degree must send the following in addition to the Graduate forms listed above:

  • An Audition DVD of a Recent Live Performance
  • An Essay on the Philosophy of Music

For Master of Business: 

Graduate Students receiving a Master's of Business degree must send the following in addition to the Graduate forms listed above:

  • Your Resume

International students applying to the English as a Second Language (ESL) program must complete an application and submit required documents, including proof of English proficiency and financial forms.
