Program Overview

Campbellsville University's HVAC Technology program is a comprehensive 12-month course that provides students with both the foundational knowledge and hands-on skills needed to succeed in the HVAC industry. The program covers a broad range of topics, including system installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and energy-efficient practices. In addition to technical skills, students will receive career preparation, including resume writing, interview techniques, and communication strategies for working with co-workers, management, and customers. The program is designed for those starting with little to no experience to achieve the Universal EPA 608 Certification and the Kentucky HVAC Journeyman Mechanic License. By the end of the program, graduates will be equipped with the skills and credentials necessary to launch a successful career in HVAC, a high-demand field with growing opportunities.
