Program Overview

The Fitness and Sport Training Certificate prepares students to enhance athletic performance, improve physical conditioning, and guide individuals in achieving their fitness goals. Through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on training, students gain practical experience in strength and conditioning, exercise program design, and sport-specific performance techniques. Graduates are prepared for careers in personal training, athletic performance coaching, fitness program management, and related fields, or to continue their studies in exercise science and sport-related programs.
