Retired Personnel Association
Retired faculty and staff of Campbellsville University are invited to join the newly-created Campbellsville University's Retired Personnel Association or CU-RPA, designed to provide “connection, continuity and communication” (3Cs) among all retired faculty and staff and Campbellsville University. CU-RPA will provide an opportunity for CU retired employees to continue being a part of the CU family, to get together socially for luncheons and regular meetings, and to be involved in CU activities.
Campbellsville University is a Christian institution dedicated to academic excellence, solidly grounded in the liberal arts, fostering integrity and Christian servant-leadership within a caring environment.

The name of the association shall be Campbellsville University Retired Personnel Association or CU-RPA.
The primary purpose of CU-RPA is to serve as a recognized and formal group of CU retired faculty and staff and to maintain connections, continuity, and communications between the university and its retirees. The aim is to encourage retired faculty and staff to remain actively engaged in academic, educational, scholarly, and cultural activities on campus and in the community.
The Association will provide regular opportunities for the members to meet socially and for service at the university. It will inform members how they may continue to participate in CU life during retirement.
Specific benefits include a CU Retiree Identification Card and email account. Other benefits are described in the University Administrative Policies and Procedures Manual (Section: Personnel; Subject: Retirement; Revised 2025). A list of benefits will be provided to members at the fall meeting. CU-RPA provides opportunities to reconnect with and serve the CU community.
