Rickey Casey, Dr.

Dr. Casey is the Associate Dean, Director of the Ph.D. program, and Professor of Management at Campbellsville University.  He teaches in the PhD Program and works closely with faculty on their research, as well as having other administrative responsibilities. His area of research is in motivation and leadership, and he publishes yearly in refereed scholarly journals having received several best paper awards. He has a D.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University and an M.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway.  He has many certifications and diplomas in banking and business.  He has worked as a consultant for Wal-Mart, Baldor Electric, the Korean Management Association, and Paradigm Consulting Associates in Soul, Korea, McLane Trucking and coordinated many seminars in Latin America, including the Federal Reverse Bank in Guatemala. Dr. Casey serves as the Chairman of the Board for the Johnson Regional Medical Center and chairs the quality and compliance committees.
