Center for Business and Financial Literacy
The Center for Business and Financial Literacy at Campbellsville University empowers students and community members through practical financial education and business training. Our mission is to boost financial literacy, deliver hands-on experience in business management, and offer mentorship to both small business owners and CU students. From budgeting and credit planning to entrepreneurship and employee benefits, we offer workshops, one-on-one coaching, and real-world business insights right on campus.
The Campbellsville University Center for Business and Financial Literacy is dedicated to empowering students and the community through practical financial education and business support. The Center aims to:
- Promote financial literacy among CU students and the broader Campbellsville community.
- Provide consulting and mentorship opportunities for SBET faculty and staff to assist small business owners, students, and the public.
- Offer meeting and interview space for employers and community partners to connect with CU students and staff.
- Give students hands-on, real-world experience to complement their academic studies and prepare them for professional success.
Through these initiatives, the Center serves as a hub for learning, growth, and career readiness, bridging education with real-world business and financial practices.

The CU Career Closet, part of the Center for Business & Financial Literacy, helps students build a professional wardrobe at no cost. Through in-kind donations, students can access business attire for interviews, career fairs, and other professional events, helping them look and feel confident as they launch their careers.
The Center for Business and Financial Literacy is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (ET) and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM (ET). Drop by our office at 522 North Hoskins, Campbellsville, KY 42718 during these hours to access financial coaching, business mentorship, workshops, and personalized support.
