Our Faculty
Dr. Khaled Falah earned his PhD in management from Campbellsville University located in Campbellsville, Kentucky in 2020. Dr. Falah began his teaching career in 2008 at ITT Technical Institute as an adjunct professor. In 2016, Dr. Falah transferred to Campbellsville University and began working as an associate professor teaching MBA (Masters of Business Administration) and MIS (Masters in Information Systems) courses. In addition to teaching, Dr. Falah has conducted multiple project management trainings across the United States with audiences ranging from 300 to 500+ people. Along with being a professor, Dr. Falah currently works as the Chief Information Officer of Washington, DC's Department of Transportation He brings with him more than 20 years of experience in management and operations. Dr. Falah's background in management and operations started in DC when he held the position of Director of IT Liaisons/Program Management Office at the Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO). Dr. Falah has worked with a variety of non-profit organizations and held senior positions in multiple local governments.
Dr. Ehi. E. Aimiuwu is an Assistant Professor in the Master of Science in Information Technology Management (MSITM) program in the Business Administration department at Campbellsville University, Campbellsville, KY. USA. Dr. Aimiuwu is a member of the Project Management Institute, research reviewer for many information systems journals and conferences, author of many books, and has done public speaking to live audiences, as well as on television and radio. He has taught at Campbellsville University for over 3 years but has over 16 years of experience in teaching information systems courses at universities and colleges. Aimiuwu has taught many university courses that include Current & Emerging Technologies, Management Information Systems, Information Systems Security, Team Management, Negotiation & Conflict Management, Information Systems Infrastructure, Project Management, and Disaster & Recovery Planning. His area of interest includes Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Blockchain, Big Data, Business Intelligence, and Web Analytics. Some of his works have been published in the International Journal of Business Intelligence Research, Journal of International Business Education, Journal of Information Systems Applied Research, Information Systems Education Journal, and Americas Conference on Information Systems.
Dr. Flores has held management and leadership positions in major companies including Shell Oil Company, The Prudential, and USAA. At USAA, he managed the $11.5 million budget for the IT department. He has extensive experience developing and teaching courses for organizations in the disciplines of Project Management, Human Resources, and Information Technology. Dr. Flores founded a global IT enterprise, and has operations in India and The Philippines. Dr. Flores has written several books including How to Become a Proficient Online Learner. He has earned two doctorates and seven master's degrees.
