CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. - Dr. M. Wesley Roberts, professor of music at Campbellsville University, will present a faculty organ recital on Tuesday, March 22, at 8 p.m. in the Ransdell Chapel, located at 401 N. Hoskins Ave., Campbellsville.

The recital is free and open to the public.

The program is devoted to composer anniversaries, commencing with the “Grand Triumphal Chorus” by Alexandre Guilmant, and continuing with the choral partita “From Heaven Above to Earth I Come” by J. S. Bach, the “Suspended Garden” by Jehan Alain, and finishing with the monumental “Ad Nos, Ad Salutarum Undam” by Franz Liszt.

Roberts is scheduled to present this program three times in Southern California over spring break beginning at St. Francis de Sales Church in Sherman Oaks and continuing at Holy Family Church in South Pasadena and at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels in downtown Los Angeles.

For nearly a decade each, he has served as organist at Calvin Presbyterian Church in Louisville and First Baptist Church in Somerset and has served as a visiting professor at the French Piano Institute in Paris.
