CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky.—The Celebration of Social Work conference will be held Saturday, March 16 in the Campbellsville University Somerset classroom, located at 3825 C South Highway 27, Somerset.
Registration begins at 8 a.m., and costs $30 per session for NASW (National Association of Social Workers) members and $60 for non-NASW members. Registration is payable the day of the conference via check to NASW of Kentucky.

The conference allows you to earn up to six continuing education units through the NASW- KY.
The conference offers two concurrent sessions: two from 9 a.m. to noon and two from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
From 9 a.m. to noon, Dr. Kellie Cody, CU assistant professor of social work, will lead “Evidence Based Practice,” and a Somerset Police Force UNITE Officer will present “Methamphetamine Awareness and Clandestine Lab Safety.”
Following lunch, Mary Lou Stephens will present “Saying Goodbye: Engaging Families During End of Life Care,” and Dr. Candace Hansford, CU associate professor of social work, will present “Human Trafficking/Global Issues.”
