CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. - The community is invited to be a part of the Campbellsville University Concert Chorus for the fall semester, according to David Johnson, conductor. Rehearsals will begin Monday, Aug. 23 at 6 p.m. in the choral room of the Gosser Fine Arts Building, 210 University Drive, Campbellsville.

Rehearsals will run approximately two hours, Johnson said.

The program this semester is based on Psalms and is represented by composers such as Rutter, Palestrina, Grotenhuis, Goeller and others.

Johnson said the Concert Chorus will present an end-of-the semester program titled, “An Afternoon with the Psalmist” on Sunday afternoon, Dec. 5 at 3 o'clock in the Ransdell Chapel, 401 N. Hoskins Ave., Campbellsville.

There is no cost for community members to be a part of the chorus other than the purchase of the music which will be available at the first rehearsal.
