CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. - Campbellsville University will host the 70th Annual Valentine Pageant Friday, Feb. 10, at 7 p.m. in Ransdell Chapel, located at 401 N. Hoskins Ave., Campbellsville.
The event is free and open to the public.
Nine female, CU students will be participating in the “Silly Love Songs” themed pageant this year for a chance to move on to the Kentucky Mountain Laurel Festival in Pineville, Ky. this May.
Students participating in the 2012 Valentine Pageant are: Emiri Anraku, a senior from Hoshitori, Japan, representing Connected Cultures; Kaylynn Best, a junior from Harrodsburg, Ky., representing Phi Alpha Theta; Leslie Carver, a senior from Alexandria, Ky., representing the Senior Class; Holly Davidson, a senior from Danville, Ky., representing Residence Life; Jess Harris, a senior from Louisville, Ky., representing Baptist Campus Ministries; Andrea Nolley, a junior from Elkhorn, Ky., representing the Junior Class;
Representing Kaity Skaggs, a sophomore from Mt. Sherman, Ky., representing the Sophomore Class; Fern Thomas, a sophomore from Madisonville, Ky., representing University Chorale; and Audrey Wunderlich, a sophomore from Frankfort Ky., representing PRSSA (Public Relations Student Society of America).
