Greater Campbellsville United recently gave its Outstanding Service Award to Lynn Ann Rausch, information center attendant at Campbellsville University. The award, presented by GCU Director Wanda Washington at left, stated that Rausch “has the most pleasant voice behind the phone and provides outstanding service to all people.” Washington told attendees at the GCU meeting where the announcement was made that she had talked with relatives to discover more about the award winner who always gives kind and thorough service to all callers. She said that Rausch is known to have a “gentle, humble disposition, and is thought of as a wonderful wife, sister, mother and grandma.” Washington also discovered that Rausch has “a beautiful singing voice, paints like a pro and cooks better than any cooking channel chef.” The GCU award is given for service that is above and beyond.
