Program Overview

Campbellsville University’s Associate of Science in Early Childhood Education prepares students to support the learning and development of young children in a variety of early childhood settings. Through a blend of academic coursework and field-based experiences, students explore child development, classroom environments, curriculum planning, and family engagement. This program is offered both online and on the Campbellsville campus, providing flexibility for students with different learning needs and schedules. Graduates are prepared to pursue entry-level roles in preschools, childcare centers, and early learning programs, or to continue their education through one of CU’s bachelor’s degree pathways in education.
