Concentration Overview

The Master of Theology program is available at the Louisville campuses as well as through CU Online. The curriculum provides in-depth coursework in theology, biblical languages, church history, ethics, and applied ministry, with electives aligned to your chosen concentration.

To be admitted into the Master of Theology program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Earned from a regionally accredited college or university.
  • Official Transcripts: Submit from all previously attended institutions.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.5: Applicants must meet this academic standard.
  • Letters of Recommendation: Typically two, from academic or ministry references.
  • Personal Statement: Outline your ministry goals and reasons for pursuing the M.Th.
  • Interview (if requested): May be required based on application materials.
