Tanisha Vernon, Belize Regional Recruiter, and Dr. Sharon Hundley, Chair of Early Childhood programs, represented Campbellsville University at the COBEC Career Fair held at the University of Belize, Belmopan, in the fall of 2025. This event provides high school seniors throughout Belize the opportunity to meet with representatives personally and explore college and career options.  

The fair was attended by 840 Belize students from districts throughout Belize. Dr. Joyanne Babb, coordinator of the event and chair of the COBEC Research Committee, reported that 24 colleges had reserved tables for the Career Fair, including four from the USA. Due to weather issues, only Campbellsville University was able to participate. The high school students had been told that there would be US colleges at the Career Fair, so it was fortunate that Campbellsville was able to make it.
