Jennifer Graham
Dr. Graham is an Assistant Professor of Business teaching and mentoring students in the Business Capstone, Entrepreneurship, and Human Resource Management (HRM) arena. She has been a full-time employee of Campbellsville University since 2006 serving in roles as secretary, assistant to the dean, graduate business coordinator, director of graduate business enrollment (main campus), and instructor. Dr. Graham serves in various roles in her community and completed the leadership Campbellsville/Taylor County program. She is an entrepreneur who has started two businesses; a restaurant/catering service and an online shopping mall. She is a member of the national Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), and National Association of Professional Women (NAPW). Dr. Grahams professional background blends over 13 years of executive-level participation in Human Resource Management and Organizational Management. Along with 11 years in undergraduate level teaching, coaching, and mentoring, and two years of master-level teaching in Entrepreneurship. She has served in executive human resource management and organizational learning leadership roles beginning and co-leading a local chapter for the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Dr. Graham’s background is in Management / HRM to include being a business owner, in addition to Human Resource areas of recruitment, retention, development, safety, training, strategic decision-making, Kaizen events, etc. She holds seven management certificates; Certified Zenger Miller Frontline Leadership Instructor, Lean Manufacturing, how to be a Super-Supervisor, Leadership Skills for Women, Communicating with Employees, Delegating for Results, Goals and Goal Setting. Dr. Graham completed a Ph.D. in Management with a specialization in Leadership, an MBA with additional credit hours in HRM, and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management with courses/degrees from Midway College and Campbellsville University in Kentucky. Research interests include: 2021, Dissertation, How employers in a Christian setting in south-central Kentucky might establish a bona fide occupational qualification for an administrative assistant using a statement of faith 2021, Publication, CU Journal of Business, Economics, and Technology (vol 1A); The Korean leadership style and its impact on culture and motivation when comparing both U.S. and global companies using the Hackman and Oldham model. Her mother, Lula also resides in her household. They are members of Freedom Baptist Church in Campbellsville, KY. She is the proud mother of Bobby and Angela, and grandmother to six amazing grandchildren; Zoe, Evan, Drake, Cassie, Connor, and Caroline. Jennifer enjoys traveling baking, gardening, and is an active member of her church where she serves on the leadership team and as the Women’s Missionary Union (WMU) Director.
