What’s Title IX All About?

Title IX is a federal law that protects everyone in educational settings from discrimination based on sex. This includes preventing harassment, ensuring fairness in sports and academic opportunities, and tackling issues affecting your access to education.

It’s about keeping campus life fair, respectful, and supportive.

Here's Why This Matters:

We all play a part in keeping CU safe, and any concerns or issues must be brought to our attention correctly. Reporting through the official channels helps us follow federal laws and makes sure we can give the best support to everyone involved.

Got a Title IX concern? Here's how easy it is to report it:

  1. Visit our CU home page
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Reporting Forms.
  3. Select the drop-down menu and choose Title IX Reporting Form.
  4. Once your report is submitted, the assigned coordinator will follow up with the next steps.

Contact the office anytime if you have questions or want more information about Title IX.
