Campbellsville University's Doctor of Chiropractic program offers multiple pathways for students with different educational backgrounds, whether you've completed a bachelor's degree, earned at least 90 undergraduate credit hours, or are still working toward the required coursework.

Designed for applicants who have earned a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
Applicants with prior coursework from a CCE-accredited institution are encouraged to speak with an admissions counselor about potential transfer-credit opportunities.
For applicants who have completed at least 90 semester credit hours from a regionally accredited institution without earning a bachelor's degree.
Applicants must meet one of the following:
- Option 1: Minimum 3.0 GPA across 90 semester credit hours.
- Option 2: GPA of 2.75–2.99 across 90 semester credit hours, including 24 hours of life and physical science coursework.
Applicants without a bachelor's degree must also meet Campbellsville University's undergraduate general education requirements, unless entering through a partner institution's 3+1 program.

- Students are encouraged to connect with an admissions counselor to discuss their previous coursework and determine whether they meet the program's admissions requirements.
Applicants who have completed fewer than 90 undergraduate credit hours may explore Campbellsville University's Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a concentration in Life Science (BS LAS LS).
Through this undergraduate pathway, students can complete the remaining coursework needed to reach 90 credit hours or continue toward earning their bachelor's degree. Once eligible, students must submit all required application materials to be considered for admission to the Doctor of Chiropractic program.
Students interested in applying through the 90-credit-hour pathway must also meet Campbellsville University's undergraduate general education requirements and complete a minimum of 12 upper-level (300- and 400-level) credit hours.

- Two letters of recommendation: one academic and one professional
- One-page personal statement describing your interest in pursuing a Doctor of Chiropractic degree
Before applying, review the program's Technical Standards, which outline the essential abilities and expectations for admission and degree completion.
Application Review and Interview
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with admissions decisions typically made within 3–4 weeks of receiving all required materials. Once your supporting documents have been submitted, an admissions counselor will contact you by email to schedule an interview.
If accepted, you'll receive instructions for completing the required criminal background check.
