To apply to Campbellsville University’s accredited online Supervisor of Instruction certification program, prospective students must submit or complete the following:

  1. Complete the online application
  2. All official college transcripts from each college or university previously and currently attended, confirming a cumulative 3.0 GPA
  3. Copy of valid teaching certificate – Rank II
  4. Disposition self-assessment
  5. Leadership essay (5-7 pages addressing the candidate’s skill and understanding of his or her ability to improve student achievement, leadership, and advanced knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and assessment)
  6. Documentation of three years as a teacher
