The Kid SpOt Center is looking for the following staff:
Position: Positive Behavior Support Specialists (PBSS)
Job Location: multiple locations
Job Description: These providers would be implementing Positive Behavior Supports/ABA services (training provided) under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The position requires a Masters that included behavioral sciences in the graduate program. An RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) would be required as part of onboarding process but does not have to be completed before hire.
Position: Mental Health Clinician
Job Location: multiple locations
Job Description: LPCC (or LPCA), LMFT (or associate), LCSW (or CSW) are all possible candidates. Supervision for associates MAY be available depending on the discipline and availability of a supervisor.
These providers will be working with A LOT of behavior issues, as well as, mental health counseling. Because of the behavior element, we ask these staff members to do the RBT training but they are not required to pursue the registration.
