Lead Operations Research Analyst
*The Lead OR Analyst designs and manages the development of cutting-edge models, algorithms, and tools to solve these complex problems. The work includes developing prototype models and methods and then integrating these tools into planning systems and processes to be used by UPS planners and operators

Sr. Database Analyst – Multiple Locations
*The Sr. Database Analyst will interact with functional representatives, business analysts, data analysts, Systems Administration and Programming and Applications Development project teams to apply data operations requirements to support effective storage and retrieval of data. He/She will work independently on one or more highly complex database environments. This position will assist with providing the definition of logical and physical data elements for promoting data sharing, reusing data objects and ensuring a coherent data source strategy. He/She will transform logical data models into physical databases, applying techniques based on applications’ processing needs. The Sr. Database Analyst will investigate complex problems, monitor performance, contribute to back-up and recovery procedures, create reports and configure and install database software.
*The Sr. Database Analyst will provide estimates to support project plan development, perform assigned functions and tasks to meet project plan and quality review requirements. He/She will record, update, monitor and determine solutions for project deviations to ensure effective resolutions as well as, review project team accomplishments to assist with peer development and to provide project updates for management and customers. He/She will review and compile project issues to support effective resolutions and monitor project activities to ensure I.S. governance, standards and policies compliance.
