Full Time ​Supermarket Jobs / Perfect for College Students / These Jobs Come With Free Housing in the Outer Banks, NC area. Corolla, NC / Kitty Hawk, NC / Kill Devil Hills, NC

• Must be 18 years of age and have your own transportation.
• Primary responsibility is to Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying each customer’s needs, exceeding their expectations, and making every shopping visit a pleasant and satisfying experience.
• This requires efficiently working in various departments, stocking and merchandising products in various departments. Helping customers and handling customer requests. We are hiring for the following positions; Deli Clerks / Bakery Clerks / Grocery Clerks / Starbuck’s Clerks / Customer Service Clerks / Produce Clerks / Meat Clerks

PERSONAL SKILLS. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.

LANGUAGE SKILLS. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos [in English]. Ability to write simple correspondence [in English]. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, vendors, and other associates of the organization who only speak English.

REASONING ABILITY. Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, TRAINING. Complete Company’s training including but not limited to: new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, customer service clerk technical skills, floor monitor technical skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The individual must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
