WHAT TIME SHOULD YOU ARRIVE?

Two weeks prior to the event, you will receive an arrival time for either 9:00 or 10:00 AM ET.

HOW LONG WILL EVERYTHING TAKE?

Depending on your placement testing needs, the entire registration event will take between 1 to 3 hours.  Most students are finished with all the necessary steps in about two hours.

WHO SHOULD YOU BRING?

In order to follow proper social distancing measures, we ask each student to only bring one (1) guest with them, preferably a parent or guardian. The student can attend priority registration by themselves if they choose.

We do ask all students and guests to wear a mask/face covering the entire time you are on campus for priority registration. Masks and hand sanitizer will be provided.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AT PRIORITY REGISTRATION?

FOR STUDENTS

Students will complete any needed placement exams, meet your success coach, and schedule their fall semester classes.

FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS

All parents/guardians are invited to attend a Parent Orientation session. This session will provide information about success coaching, residence life, food service, financial aid, and athletics.

The Parent Orientation session will be held at 9:30 and 10:30 AM in the Betty Dobbins Heilman Wellness Center.

FOR PARENTS & STUDENTS TOGETHER

We encourage families to:

  • Provide the $100 enrollment deposit.
  • Confirm receipt of your housing and medical forms with Residence Life.
  • Visit Financial Aid to finalize any financial aid awards.
  • Setup payment plan options with Student Accounts.

WHERE TO CHECK IN?

Students and their guest will check in at the Betty Dobbins Heilman Wellness Center in the center of campus. Look for the white top tents,
