Position Description: KentuckyOne VNA Health at Home is seeking a hardworking, compassionate and enthusiastic Manager of Clinical Services. They are responsible for front line direction of quality client care and services. They are also responsible for assuring clinical documentation meets accepted standards of care.

Responsibilities:
•Create an “expectation of excellence” and manage performance of clinicians.
•Recruit and retain qualified, productive and customer-focused clinicians.
•Facilitate coordination of care through case conferences and other activities to ensure interdisciplinary care is occurring.
•Facilitate the resolution of client clinical issues.
•Complete required branch and/or company reports as required.
•Conduct documentation reviews and random chart audits.
•Assist with the development of office and field processes and action plans developed as a result of clinical measurements.
•Assist in identifying clinical training needs.
•Perform client visits, client supervisory visits and shared visits with staff as needed and/or as directed by management.
•Participate in designated field or management on-call rotation.
Qualifications:
•Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (BSN preferred) in good standing to practice in Kentucky.
•Excellent clinical skills.
•Two years home care nursing experience is required.
•One year of hospital nursing experience is preferred.
•Thorough knowledge and understanding of home care regulatory requirements.
