Position Description: As a team member at Chick-Fil-A, duties and key responsibilities include excellent customer service and courtesy. Team Members are also expected to utilize their knowledge of positional skills, uphold and apply the company’s health and safety guidelines and they are also directed to follow all company policies and operational procedures. Team Members also have to provide quality products and services while advocating a safe and clean environment to make sure that one hundred percent customer satisfaction is being provided. Crew members must also have strong and highly efficient customer service skills and a positive attitude towards everything.

The ideal candidate for a restaurant team member position is one who understands the art of service and caring for guests needs and is willing to go the second mile in order to meet those needs. Must be willing to thrive in a fast paced environment and be able to respond quickly to needs of guests and fellow team mates. Must be proficient in counting American currency and be able to multi-task. Prior restaurant experience or cashier experience helpful but not required.
