Job Description: Client Care Department
- Our client care representatives are responsible for consistently meeting production requirements as well as taking great care of our clients’ service needs. Representatives in this department are responsible for tasks such as marketing and pivoting to our clients at all times, obtaining referrals, client retention, building referral networks, answering the agency’s phone, opening and closing the office, and handling all forms of services requests directed to our agency. It is through our client care department that long-term, loyal relationships with our client base are built, developed, and maintained
