- The Kaizen Specialist is crucial in helping to build a culture of continuous improvement SBU/Division-Wide both on an individual and a team level. The Kaizen Specialist supports process improvement efforts using Kaizen/Lean principles, processes, and tools in order to support the Toyota Tsusho Global Standard for warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Teaching and training: problem solving, 5S workplace organization, other trainings defined by management.
- Create, maintain, rollout, audit, and review Standard Operation Procedures.
- Maintain SBU records.
- Collect and analyze data, create charts, graphs, reports, assessments, etc.
- Support NS Kaizen Manager with Process Check Audits.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills

- Microsoft Office Skills (Word/Excel/Access/SharePoint/PowerPoint)
