Northkey Community Care is seeking Outpatient Mental Health Therapists and Counselors for its Northern Kentucky outpatient offices in Covington, Florence, Newport, Carrollton, Williamstown, and other northern Kentucky locations. This job is eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000!
DUTIES
Provide individual, family, and group behavioral health therapy services for children, adolescents, adults, and families in an outpatient office setting.
Provide behavioral health crisis assessment and therapy services to for children, adolescents, and adults.
Develop and implement treatment plans for clients based upon clients’ areas of need, diagnoses, and symptoms.
Maintain multi-disciplinary working relationships with other clinicians, mental health therapists and counselors, and other related professionals in the community.
Complete timely and accurate documentation including progress notes, assessments, reports, schedules, and other material required.
Fully participate in staff development opportunities offered to enhance professional growth.
Maintain license, certification, and/or identified program performance skills.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Master’s degree or above in a clinical field of study related to behavioral health.
Recent graduates or Winter 2020 graduates encouraged to apply.
Kentucky independent or non-independent license is accepted.
Must have or be eligible for one of the following Kentucky licenses : LCSW, CSW, LPCC, LPCA, LMFT, MFT, LPAT, LPATA, LCADC, LCADCA, PhD, or PsyD.
Experience in behavioral health is a plus, but not required
