Web Producer (full-time):
- WPSD LOCAL6, the dominant NBC affiliate in the 90th market has an opening in our newsroom for a web producer. Digital producers manage content on our website, social media, digital newsletters, and other platforms.
- We use Social News Desk, MGN Online Graphics, ENPS, the TownNews CMS, AP wire & AP Video, NBC & CNN feeds, CNN Newswire and state of the art WSI weather technology.
- Web Producers manage our website, mobile APPs, and social media platforms. They work closely with newscast producers, reporters, and anchors. They also offer assistance and advice to other departments like Promotions, Creative Services and Sales.
- College degree and some experience preferred.

Multi-Platform Journalist
- WPSD Local 6, the NBC affiliate in Paducah, KY and our affiliated newspapers are hiring Multi-Platform Journalists.
- You will report and write for our newspapers, magazines, websites, television newscasts and social media.
- As a storyteller, you know how to balance hard news reporting with the emotional stories of the people that make up our communities. You are a writer that enterprises your own stories. You look beyond the event in front of you and find the effects this event will have on the communities you write about. Your work will be creative, compelling, and relatable content that appears across our network of six newspapers in Western Kentucky and Southern Illinois, and NBC affiliate WPSD Local 6.
