The successful candidate must be a born again believer who exhibits a growing daily walk with the Lord. The candidate must affirm the Baptist Faith and Message 2000, must be gifted musically, have the ability to lead worship vocally through singing, and must be willing to unite with New Brandenburg shortly after being hired.
