| Position Description | |
| Provide excellent customer service. Act as a greeter to guests and give directions. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communications. Process sales transactions, including phone, internet, and mail orders. Compute sales prices, total purchases, receive and process payments. Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and policies regarding payments, exchanges, and security practices. Daily cash reconciling. Take orders and reservations Exchange and process refunds. Typing, filing, and data entry. Assist in processing donations. Reconcile incoming revenue. Schedule group tours. Receive and process shipments of merchandise. Inventory stock and requisition new stock. Exchange merchandise and accept returns. Bag and package purchases. Additional duties as assigned. |
