Job Summary

The Process Owner is responsible for end-to-end delivery of processes to ensure Stakeholder satisfaction and desired outcomes. The successful candidate:

  • Leads and manages multiple, large, cross functional, and more highly complex processes and/or technical initiatives.
  • Supports business planning requirements including, but not limited to budgeting, scheduling and workload planning.
  • Publishes success measures, costs, and benefits.
  • Tracks performance of the process and initiates corrective and preventive actions.
  • Leads the development of the overall approach and expansion of processes and their applications

Hours: Day shift, 40-hour work weeks. During training, 8am – 5pm. Flexible schedule options available between 7am – 7pm after six months of employment.

Setting: Professional office environment (with remote/hybrid opportunity available)

Responsibilities

  • Develops a process for uncovering and evaluating function automation:
    • Identify opportunities
    • Map and analyze process/function workflow
    • Research the correct technology to fulfill the need
    • Submit enhancement proposal
  • Proactively manages activities to ensure effective communication, removal of barriers and timely delivery of benefits to the business
  • Works closely with the IT Team to build out the technical infrastructure plan to support the delivery of key project(s)
  • Ensures adoption of agile methodology best practices to simplify project delivery
  • Develops detailed plans to support key processes and identifies opportunities for expanded use
  • Provides clarity on process outcomes to all Stakeholders
  • Ensures processes are meeting key benchmarks and desired outcomes

Qualifications

  • Experience in a technology dependent environment.
  • Ability to understand multiple operational programs and coordinate IT efforts for maximum performance
  • Has a great command of delivering diverse projects with a track record of success
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proficient in Excel/Word/Visio
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Project Management or Process Management or Improvement experience
  • Experience in Azure DevOps a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently remains in sitting position for long periods of time to perform duties.

  • Frequently works in a well-lit, tempered environment.
