Responsibilities:
- Engages customers to make them feel welcome
- Accurately determine customers’ needs regarding product, features, rate plan, accessories, etc.
- Answers questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise accurately.
- Educates customers thoroughly on our exceptional products and services.
- Assists customer with operation of phone equipment and features by thoroughly demonstrating the product.
- Solicits new activations from walk-in store traffic as well as by placing cold calls to potential customers using available authorized lists.
- Drives the expansion of customer base by following up on new activations to ensure quality of service rendered and to inquire about referrals.
- Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with samples of all merchandise and ensures store is organized and clean
- Properly completes all paperwork, keeping records of sales, inventory of stock, and merchandise orders in a timely manner.
- Adheres to company policies on pricing and procedures.
- Processes cash and credit card sales, credits, etc., per company procedures.
Requirements:
- Must pass drug and background test
- One (1) year proven track record in sales
- Strong communication skills
- Highly motivated, results-oriented professional
