TITLE: Vice Presidents, M&A
DUTIES: Oversee analyst and associates work in executing M&A transactions in the Industrials sectors in the Latin American market. Coordinate and serve as the contact point with clients, potential company targets, potential company buyers, senior bankers, analysts, associates, accountants, lawyers and any other party working on a transaction. Maintain and develop existing relationships of the firm. Support the work of analysts and associates in the implementation of financial models and valuation scenarios. Perform analysis of methods of financing, structure of a potential transaction, formulation of plans and models to consummate M&A transactions. Develop written materials including client presentations, engagement letters, confidentiality agreements and other legal agreements, company profiles/teasers, information memorandum, proposals, term sheets, management presentations, buyers’ lists, internal memos, marketing presentations/pitch books, among others describing the business, market positioning and financial condition of clients. Monitor industry regulation and market dynamics and remain up-to-date with key developments in M&A technology. Mentor and train analysts and associates in companies’ valuation, M&A and financial analysis.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Administration, Business Management or Finance and 3 years of experience.
POSITION LOCATION: The Valence Group, LLC 90 Park Avenue, 27th Floor, New York, NY 10016. Multiple Positions.
International travel, including US, Latin America, Europe and Asia regions on a monthly basis.
HOURS: 09.00 A.M – 5.30 P.M (40 hours per week)
