Position Description:
Russell Springs Christian Church, an Independent Christian church in Russell Springs, KY, is currently seeking a full-time youth director/minister (title dependent upon ordination status). This position could also be part-time for a college student. The youth director will oversee our nursery, children’s ministry, and youth programs. Primary teaching responsibility will be with the junior/senior high school youth group. Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (or working towards one), and preference will be given to those with theological education. Experience in youth and children’s ministries in a Christian Church setting is preferred.
