Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership

Welcome to our MAOL website!

The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL), is available in a fully online format and can be completed in as little as one year. There will be two startups per year: January and July.

The MAOL will teach students key organizational leadership fundamentals such as ethics, motivation, creativity, vision, strategic planning, teamwork, group development, technology, customer service, and organizational development.

The primary target group of students for the MAOL is individuals with a bachelor's degree who will be interested in pursuing graduate study in order to become better leaders within businesses or any other type of organization.

Our new program is unique. It will utilize faculty from other disciplines such as Christian studies, communication, and sociology.

The School of Business and Economics is excited about the opportunity to expand its outreach to students who are looking for advancement in their organizations.

The MAOL is a 30 semester hour program. The online program will be offered in five eight-week sessions. If students want to complete the program in less than one year, they can take up to two classes per session. Otherwise, they can take longer by completing three hours per session.
