Charles “Chuck” Crain, D.B.A., SHRM-CP, SHRM-PMQ, PHR, Chairman/Director and Associate Professor.  Dr. Crain has been serving Campbellsville University for more than 10 years.  Dr. Crain has directed the graduate business programs since 2017, moving into this position from his main campus professorship. His areas of emphasis are management and human resources (HR).  holding two global HR certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).  Prior to accepting his positions at CU, Dr. Crain had an extensive and successful career in marketing and sales in the auto industry, serving at several capacities.  He has traveled nationally and internationally as an instructor, program administrator and consultant.  Dr Crain currently serves as professional member and leader with the Kentucky SHRM State Council.
